We are seeking an operational and strategically minded Talent/Resourcing Lead. This is a newly created position to support and enhance a tech business with their exciting growth journey. As the Talent/Resourcing Lead you will be setting up the function from scratch, the role will be delivery focussed alongside establishing processes, building their employer brand and play a key role in developing their talent attraction strategy!
Key responsibilities
- Create and establish an internal talent function
- Coaching stakeholders to understand new processes and procedures whilst making sure the whole business is aligned
- Resource and attract key talent to the business by utilising and implementing recruitment tools and methods
- Implement a new ATS system
- Supporting with the wider talent strategy of succession planning, talent mapping and talent development to increase attraction and retention
