As the Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for attracting and engaging exceptional talent whilst providing a fantastic candidate and stakeholder journey.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from beginning to end, making any amendments to the current procedures to ensure a superb candidate experience and continuity across the business
- Coach and guide managers on processes and interviewing techniques
- Create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support with introducing an ATS to the business
- Develop a social media presence

You will be driven to deliver and attract top talent to support the growth plans of this organisation. This role would suit someone who is used to working within a fast based and ambiguous environment.
