Main Responsibilities:

Sell IT hardware B2B to corporate clients and end-users.

Engage with existing clients to understand current and future business needs.

Identify and approach new leads, converting them into active customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries and provide accurate written quotations and specifications.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (HubSpot) and follow internal procedures.

Achieve monthly revenue and profit margin targets.

Meet key performance indicators:

Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing clients.

Liaise with purchasing, engineering, and operations to meet customer expectations.

Arrange, attend, and host client meetings as needed.

Commission Details:

Earn commission after reaching a threshold of 2× base salary

Estimated commission: 10% (potential to earn up to 17%)

Initial gross profit target: £10,000/month

Year 1 gross profit expectation: £100,000+

Long-term goal: £30,000/month gross profit (£360,000 annually)

Senior Account Manager goal: £50,000–£80,000/month gross profit
