This is a new role as Senior HR Coordinator that will be supporting the UK side of the business. Initially, the role will be administration heavy as they are currently establishing a shared service operations model. As the Senior HR Coordinator you will be given autonomy and ownership to work within the UK to create a highly effective HR function.
The role will have involvement in projects and will support the wider UK HR team in implementing global initiatives. Supporting the business with key HR data and ensuring that the business is GDPR compliant. You will also be the primary interface for the UK payroll so attention to detail and previous experience of working with data is essential.
You will need to know what ‘good’ looks like and be confident to make observations and recommendations to improve process. You will need to have drive, passion and be able to work at pace. The business is very entrepreneurial and there is a constant drive to change and improve.

The business is looking for an individual who is keen to progress and this could be UK or globally. The position will offer 2/3 days working from home. Bonus 25 days holidays.
