Skills, experience and values ;
- A Qualified Accountant (or P/Q finalist) (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or equivalent
- Proven experience of using accounting systems ideally within SaaS
- Passionate about doing a good job and keen to be part of a fast growing organisation and its future success
- Experience of managing compliance, reporting requirements & VAT returns
- Excellent planning, organisational and analysis skills
- Commercially astute - You’ll be an excellent communicator, confident & articulate, with good interpersonal skills
- Able to Work with and influence people at all levels in the business
- Track record and reputation for integrity, confidentiality, accountability and results
- Shared values of trust, integrity, flexible and team orientated
Location: - Head office is based in Bedford – however, the company offer a very flexible, hybrid working environment. The work that you do will be mostly online, so you can work from home if preferred, but with occasional requirements to join the office for team activities, training, or events, typically no more than 1 or 2 times per month.
