Do you lead large Commercial partnerships? Are you a key player in managing sponsorship deals within the sports industry?
We have an excellent role with a large automotive business based in Berkshire for a Sponsorship and Large projects Manager. This role will see you developing, delivering, and evaluating project plans that drive implementation of high spend.
We are looking for someone to step into this fantastic role and take ownership of a multi-year Partnership to ensure a commercial return. You will be key in driving annual growth and delivering full amplification of the multi-million-pound contract across all business and channels.
We are also looking for someone who can support the creation and utilisation of dashboards which drive the team to become more data driven. This will help our client to identify clear opportunities, gaps, trends and stop areas in addition to any training and up-skill requirements.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Extensive experience of internal sponsorship and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with all levels across the business and the ability to develop relationships very quickly with senior management.
- Experience of balancing strategic thinking with delivery and managing initiatives from conception to delivery across multiple functions.
- High level of planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in this busy role.
- A strong desire to innovate and drive positive business change.
- A collaborative approach to be able to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
Due to the level of this role, we are also looking for candidates who have the ability to set clear KPIs, track, measure, countermeasure and report on their actions. This is an essential part of the role to ensure success.
The nature of this role means there is UK travel and often a more flexible approach is needed to meet with stakeholders. Therefore we are looking for someone who is open to flexible working and flexible hours when needed.
