We have an exciting and newly created position for a Talent and Development Partner to work for a forward thinking and growing business. As the Talent and Development Partner you will support the HRBP in growing the UK organisation in line with the business and workforce plan. This is a truly exciting time to join the organisation, you will play an instrumental part in supporting with their ambitious growth plans!
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment process, bringing innovative ideas to the process to ensure success in line with agreed plans and budgets
- Ability to coach and support managers ensuring effective onboarding and induction of employees
- Create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support training coordination
- HR related projects
Profile
You will be passionate, analytical and goal driven. The ideal applicant will have proven experience in key HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. You will have the ability to bring forward new ideas, challenge current processes and support a collaborative culture. This role would suit someone who is used to working within a fast-paced, changeable environment. Experience within residential development is preferable but not essential.
