We are exclusively recruiting for a Recruitment manager to work part time (hours and days to be discussed) to work for an international software business and support with getting the talent function running as an effective entity whilst identifying training needs. As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of recruitment across the business ensuring that the candidate/stakeholders experience is seamless. Alongside the recruitment process you will be working with external training providers to ensure that the training agenda is inline with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support key stakeholders with vital recruitment ensuring that you set and meet expectations
Conduct a number of direct hires utilising all available platforms with a creative thought process
Create an inspiring onboarding process that will support with the retention and attraction of top talent to the business
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand the training needs of their individual departments
Influence decision makers to invest in training proposals and plans
