Recruitment is a hard role, and in your time as a Recruiter or Talent Manager you may have had some great ideas about how you would set up a talent function but have been unable to act on them. This newly created role will give you the opportunity to make your mark working for a Global, business in developing their Talent function to attract and retain the right individuals.
The bigger picture
Initially this will require administration skills, analytics and a visionary mindset! This role will develop and progress alongside the business, a role that you can mould and define along the way! There is a clear end goal and the tools in order for you to succeed, you must be able to partner and influence with senior leaders to embed processes and procedures so that a structure is being developed.
- Developing a Talent function alongside the VP of HR
- Coaching and guiding managers on new process, procedures and implementing new initiatives
- Leading on Global talent projects that will lead to an increase in engagement, retention and succession

About you
We need applicants who have a clear understanding of talent processes alongside performance management, learning and development, succession planning, retention and attraction – all the meaty stuff that makes HR/Talent development rewarding and a valued function.
